Haeun You is a pianist/keyboardist, Music Producer, Composer, Music Director, Arranger from South Korea. She received full scholarship and graduated from Sungshin University. Contemporary Music program in Convergence Culture & Arts with a Bachelor of Music. During her time at Sungshin she worked with many distinguished faculty including GRAMMY Award nominated Album Recording Engineer Hyomin Gang (강효민), the first guitarist Winner at the Yale Concour and the Johns Hopkins Knowledge for the World winner Lee Byung-woo (이병우) and Brazil Music Award CATA-VENTO winner Kim Jung-Bum (김정범) who helped and shape her career and develop her strengths as a musician and composer. Haeun also furthered her study and performance at world renowned Berklee College of Music as an Asian Scholarship Tour. She is a graduate of dual major in Contemporary Writing and Production, and Film Scoring with a Bachelor of Music. During her time in Berklee she worked with many appreciable faculty members and Alumni, GRAMMY Award Winner, EMMY Award Winner Film Composer Claudio Ragazzi, TONY Award winner EMMY Award nominated GRAMMY Award Nominated Drama Desk Award winner Bill Elliott, Billboard Top 10 smash Hit Producer Joe Carrier.
Haeun has been privileged to work on stage, performance and composition. She has performed Distant World: Music from Final Fantasy concert at the Boston Symphony Hall with the conductor Arnie Roth (GRAMMY Award winner) alongside original composer of Final Fantasy, Yoko Shimomura (composed video games; Final Fantasy, Super Mario etc). Some other of her key credits including performance with Steve Lacy (GRAMMY Nominated artist, Billboard rank no.1 Artist) at The Surprise Show in New York City, Sabrina Carpenter (American Singer-songwriter, actress) at The Late Late Show with James Corden (CBS), performing on Berklee Commencement Concert for Honoree Celine Dion and Pharrell Williams, and performing on Ally Brooke (from Fifth Harmony, Camila Cabello and Normani are in) shows. She was also on a tour with UMI (American Singer-songwriter, best known for her 2018 song Remember Me, which has over 116 million streams on Spotify): Forest in the city tour (sold out shows in the United States). Also, she was privileged enough to be a Music producer for Thuy (Vibrant Vietnamese-American artist, over 150 million streams worldwide) and song Haeun produced got ranked on MTV Asia New Release Top 10.
